Shipping Policy
Currently, we offer shipping within Israel only.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
Orders are shipped via registered mail and delivered to the post office branch closest to the address provided at checkout.Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days.
Shipping is free.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, as it cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
In case of unusual delays or product damage, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with the product or there's an issue with your order, we're here to help. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
